We will work together to foster a deeper sense of self-discovery and help you find inner harmony, so you can feel more connected to your true self and live with greater purpose.

  • Personalized Parenting Support Options

We understand that parenting is a challenging, emotional journey, and you shouldn't have to carry the weight alone. This service is designed to provide both expert guidance and emotional support.

We offer three clear pathways, ensuring you get the support that matches your immediate needs and long-term goals.

    Option 1: The Focused Problem-Solver Session (One-Time Visit) - 55 min + 15 min follow-up session.

This option is perfect for parents who are feeling overwhelmed by one specific, urgent issue and need immediate, actionable strategies and a safe space to process the frustration that comes with it. This session is booked within 72 hrs after the request is received.

We provide a non-judgmental space to share your current parenting crisis. We’ll validate the difficulty of the situation and listen to your stress, helping you feel lighter and more capable.

Best For: Parents who need to develop an immediate action plan for one urgent, defined issue, such as:

Getting started with positive discipline strategies for common behaviors (e.g., stopping power struggles or reducing yelling).

Addressing a specific communication breakdown with your child or teen (e.g., silence, defiance, or frequent arguments).

Developing initial strategies for navigating intense mood swings or emotional outbursts.

The Goal: To get you out of the immediate crisis and provide a sense of relief and clarity on how to handle the situation right now.

Option 2 Parenting Support Group. - 60 minutes

We understand that committing to a full session can be a significant investment. To ensure continuous support is accessible to all parents, we offer an Essential Group Support Option.

This option provides you with bi-weekly access to our supportive group parenting sessions at a reduced, fixed rate. It is designed for parents who need the benefit of consistent support and community but are not yet ready or able to cover the cost of an individual session. This option is also good for parents seeking additional connection with others.

Option 3: Free 10 Minute Quick Parent Support Call

Have a quick question or need immediate, brief parenting advice?

This complimentary 10 minute phone call is designed for parents who need a quick, single-issue check-in on common, low-complexity challenges.

    What we can address:

    • Briefly clarifying a specific, single parenting technique.

    • Asking a "yes or no" or short "how-to" question.

    • Determining if your concern is suitable for longer support sessions.

Please Note: This is not a diagnostic session and is not suitable for deep-seated, complex, or chronic challenges. For those, please book a full session.

  • This service is designed for social workers/ counselors who want to:

    * Deepen their practice through thoughtful discussion and reflective inquiry.

    * Navigate complex cases by gaining new perspectives and strategies.

    * Prevent burnout by processing the emotional impact of their work.

    * Honor the person behind the professional by focusing on self-care and professional identity.

Drawing on my experience in reflective supervision and certificate in core supervision from NASW of Michigan, I provide a collaborative environment where we can explore your cases, and professional challenges. Together, we'll create a space for you to be seen, heard, and supported, so you can continue to do this important work with renewed energy and purpose.
