Kristine’s work is rooted in helping people find relief, clarity, and strength during life's heavy seasons. Over her 15+ years of clinical practice, she has worked across health systems, educational environments, and integrated care settings. She has provided behavioral health consultations to primary care physicians and OB-GYNs, with a strong focus on women’s health.

Having partnered extensively with medical providers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams, Kristine helps individuals navigate burnout, life transitions, and identity shifts. Her practice supports clients across all stages—from young adults establishing their path to professionals managing high-stakes roles, complex demands, and personal challenges. She holds a special focus on supporting women, healthcare practitioners, educators, helping professionals, and corporate leaders.

Kristine incorporates mind-body tools and healthy daily habits to help clients manage stress and feel more grounded. Trained in the research-backed Stress Management and Resiliency Training (SMART) program through the Benson-Henry Institute at Harvard Medical School and certified in integrative mental health (CIMHP), she teaches practical ways to calm the nervous system and help clients look at how everyday factors—like sleep, movement, and routine—affect their overall mood and mental well-being.

Whether working 1-on-1 with individuals or partnering with organizations for team resilience, her goal is to create a grounded, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered to thrive.
